As the only realtor I have worked with (first time buying a home) at first I thought Drew was just an awesome realtor. He was always readily available, quick to respond to questions, and got us into houses (a lot of them at that) right away. You could have easily convinced me we were his only client! But, soon I realized Drew is much more than “just an awesome realtor”. From taking his entire Sunday afternoon to help us re-side the shed at the new house in order to pass appraisal, to letting us use the moving truck (pictures in post) for over a week FREE OF CHARGE! I can’t say enough good things about him and the Work With a Pro Team. They made the entire process much easier than I could have ever imagined and took so much stress off of our plates. If you are buying or selling a house and you AREN’T working with Drew and crew, I assure you that you’re doing it wrong! HIGHLY RECOMMEND and would give 10 stars if I could!

The story of us and Andrew started out as a long-distance relationship. My wife's work was bringing us from overseas to Rochester and we did not want to wait until we arrived to start looking for a home. So, during the months before we were set to arrive Andrew was running around to interested houses and sending us complete video tours. It was his detailed narration in the videos on what to be aware of and look out for when buying a home in this region that helped ready us to be homeowners in Rochester. When we arrived in town Andrew again hit the ground running, but this time with us in tow. In short order we found a perfect home for us, and with Andrew's guidance in making a competitive offer, the home became ours. Simply put, Andrew is our kind of realtor: diligent, conscientious, knowledgeable, motivated, and he fixes pipes…. For real!... On our final walk through, he noticed the kitchen sink wasn’t draining well, and out came his tools and he remedied the issue like a Pro!

I never write reviews, but this business deserves one. We've known Drew for many years, so for us it was a no brainer choosing Century 21 - Atwood for our real estate needs. But here's why. We looked at many houses (and memorable basements) before finding our perfect house. He helped us write a competitive offer that won out over the rest. Andrew was by far the most professional and knowledgeable relator we've ever had. From finding our perfect, all the way to helping us fix up our old house to sell. He did an amazing job and wouldn't recommend anybody else.

Andrew was not our first choice but our first realtor we talked to we did not feel 100% comfortable with. When we met with Andrew right away it felt like we knew him for a while. We showed him the house and everything and he was very upfront with us and made everything very easy. I would HIGHLY recomend him for anyone looking to sell or even buy a house it was a good time and he communicated very well with us and even called us when we had questions that we emailed him about.
